RS89 or OPURA – which type are you?
The RS89 is made for attacking players: a light, technical upper for more dynamism and exceptional comfort. The OPURA relies on synthetic leather for a particularly precise touch and control in every situation. Both come as Elite and Team versions, and as Academy for kids. A purpose-built JAKO last, tailored to European footballers, delivers a precise fit and high stability.
Designed by players, made in Europe
Through test phases, feedback rounds and the JAKO Athlete Club, amateurs and pros helped shape the boots – a boot for players, not for the showroom. They are produced in Portugal, a region with decades of shoemaking tradition. Instead of international stars, JAKO counts on brand ambassadors like Diyar Acar, Erik Durm and Timo Hildebrand, who share their experience with the new boots.
