JAKO has kitted out VfB Stuttgart since 2019. The supplier became a partner and investor, in 2025 VfB won the German Cup – and the new home shirt is a tribute to Bad Cannstatt.

More than a kit deal

In 2022 JAKO and VfB extended their partnership early until 2029. At the same time the team sports brand from Hohenlohe became an investor in VfB Stuttgart 1893 AG – a clear commitment to the club and the region.

Step up! The cup season

The 2025/26 home shirt celebrated 100 years of the red chest ring, embossed all over with Stuttgart's public stairways and the motto “Step up!”. In May 2025 VfB won the DFB-Pokal at Berlin's Olympiastadion – Stuttgart's team of the year plays in JAKO.

2026/27: A tribute to Bad Cannstatt

The new home shirt carries embossed motifs of Cannstatt's Klösterle fountain, combined with antlers and the horse from the regional arms. The chest ring extends into coloured sleeves, inspired by Cannstatt's mineral water, with a deliberately larger embroidered crest and the historic Cannstatt jug in the neck.
